Docteur en g\u00e9opolitique, il est professeur agr\u00e9g\u00e9 d\u2019Histoire-G\u00e9ographie et chercheur \u00e0 l\u2019Institut Fran\u00e7ais de G\u00e9opolitique (Universit\u00e9 Paris VIII). Il est l\u2019auteur de G\u00e9opolitique de l\u2019Europe (Paris, PUF, 2020) et de Le Monde vu de Moscou. G\u00e9opolitique de la Russie et de l\u2019Eurasie postsovi\u00e9tique (Paris, PUF, 2020).
