Il r\u00e9unit des responsables de haut niveau en vue d&rsquo;approfondir leur connaissance des questions de d\u00e9fense, de politique \u00e9trang\u00e8re, d&rsquo;armement et d&rsquo;\u00e9conomie de d\u00e9fense. Il contribue \u00e0 promouvoir et \u00e0 diffuser toutes connaissances utiles dans les domaines relevant de sa mission en conduisant des \u00e9tudes et des recherches.
